Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Angelo State University and then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Community Counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Ashley has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults as they work through issues of anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, family issues, grief, relationship issues and women’s issues.
She also has a newfound interest in helping both new and seasoned parents navigate parenthood and all that comes with it, as she found herself that there is not enough support available for new parents, as well as seasoned parents.
Ashley believes in the power of therapy and encourages clients and parents to be patient with the process. She often reminds them that it is a marathon not a sprint, as some things we go through in life do not have immediate solutions. Her goal is to create a safe, judgment free zone where people feel they can share themselves with her and find the tools they are looking for to live a healthier life.
In her free time you will find Ashley busy chasing her toddler, hanging out with family and enjoying the outdoors.
