Christopher was born in Austin, and has been in Victoria since the mid 2000’s. Christopher graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. Christopher is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health diagnoses during his time working at Victoria’s local mental health authority. For the past 2 years Christopher worked as a Social Emotional Behavioral Support Specialist (SEBS), better known as a school counselor. He also has experience working with male and female survivors of sexual assault, of all ages.
Christopher enjoys working with individuals at any stage in life, as he has provided services to adult clients as well as children and adolescents in both the child advocacy center and school settings. Christopher takes a Person-Centered approach to counseling and aims to provide a supportive environment where people can flourish.
Outside of work Christopher enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. Christopher’s self-care activities include playing disc golf, bike riding, and practicing mindfulness.
