Jacquelyn Perez was born in San Antonio, TX. Jacquelyn received her Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Abilene Christian University in 2017. She decided to go back to Abilene Christian University to work on her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021. When Jacquelyn is not seeing clients, she is hiking and making memories with her family and friends.
Jacquelyn Perez has had experience teaching and working with children ages 12 and up. She was inspired to have the capability of making a more significant impact with children, families, couples, military, and individuals challenged with obstacles of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, emotional/physical abuse, behavior issues, and grief and loss.
We all have seasons of difficulty navigating through life’s trials, and Jacquelyn believes that seeking help is the initial step to reaching our goals and healing. Jacquelyn understands the courage it takes to ask for help and knows that you are not alone. Therefore, she firmly believes in providing a safe and encouraging environment as you process your thoughts and feelings. Her goal is to help you unlock the tools you have within you to guide you in the direction you would like to go in life.
