Lauren is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who has experience in working with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples, and families as they work through issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and enhancing parental skills. She is also a faith-based therapist.
Lauren views therapy as an empowering process that provides people with opportunities to learn about themselves, make changes, and live the story they want to live. She approaches counseling as a journey towards something better. Her goal is to create a safe, accepting, positive environment where people can explore their story as she walks beside them as a partner through the therapeutic experience.
In her free time, you can find Lauren hanging out with her precious family and her dogs, Minnie and Dottie. She enjoys watching movies with her husband (especially Star Wars), reading, singing and dancing in the car with her son, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Lauren has availability in the evenings during the week and on the weekends.
