Maddelyn Rudd was raised in Coahoma, TX. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Angelo State University. She is currently working towards her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the same university, with her anticipated graduation date being in December of 2023. 

 

Maddelyn worked hard to gain an abundance of knowledge about counseling and psychopathology in her graduate classes at ASU. She is excited to use that knowledge to help clients through their therapeutic journey. She is interested in cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy. The first step in the healing journey is asking for help, and Maddelyn understands how hard it is to take that first step. 

 

Life is a complex journey that can be difficult to navigate. That is why Maddelyn's goal is to create a warm and accepting environment so that her clients feel comfortable opening up and working through the challenges they are facing in life. She believes that no one is ever too far gone, and is excited to join clients on the collaborative journey of healing. When Maddelyn is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and dogs, reading, and playing video games.
