Group Counseling Services
Community is a key component toward growth and we want you to find encouraging community here. Our groups are short-term (4-6 weeks) and begin each fall and spring. Find a group that works for you!
AnxieTEENS - Virtual group meets every other Wednesday 7:30-8:30pm to learn and grow healthy coping skills for anxiety. Middle school and High School girls groups are available. Cost: $30 per session.
Taking Care of Mama - Virtual group meeting during nap time to support and work through struggles of postpartum depression and attachment. Cost $30 per session.
Reaching for the Oxygen Mask - Virtual group for caregivers of family members to offer support and learn skills of self-care, relational alignment, and helpful boundaries. Cost: $40 per session
